Here's my PC
Palit Gaming Pro 3070
Ryzen 5 5600x
Biostar B550MH
Zalman 700W PSU
Netac M2 nvme 1TB SSD
1x16 3600mhz Ram

While playing a game, even when this game is The Sims 4, i am experiencing sudden fps drops. This also happens when i'm using Microsoft Word or any other program. Considering the system i have i shouldn't experience this kind of problems. What would be the cause of problem these fps drops? I do believe it might have someting to do with my motherboard given the fact that my motherboard reaches 80 C degress when my CPU and GPU temperatures are rather low (Around 65 C degress)

Any help is appreciated.

I strongly expect this is caused by your single channel RAM. You really want dual channel, so 2x8gb, 2x16gb, etc. Single channel ram will hurt gaming performance and can cause stuttering in some games.

This is very unlikely. I use Microsoft Word almost daily on a system with single channel RAM and never ever have stuttering or FPS drops.
