Having issues with my computer... pls help

I've been having issues with my computer for weeks now, it got to the point where I had to delete my hard drive and re install windows, however I forgot about having to re install my drivers, I moved recently and have no clue where any of the driver discs are and I have a custom built computer, what drivers are absolutely necessary to get my computer functioning again? Because I have to find out all the my computers made out of and drivers for each of those ;-; any help would be very appreciated on how I can find out the components of my computer without dissecting it (I built it years ago and sadly forgot) or the drivers I need to track down, thank you.

Heres what I know I have:

- AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
- M5A78L-M PLUS Motherboard
Then I thinkkkkk....
- AMD Radeon R9 270X Graphics Card

But thats all I know...

Where to get motherboard drivers from: https://www.asus.com/au/Motherboards/M5A78L-M-PLUS-USB3/HelpDesk_Download/

Download drivers for GPU from AMD: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Radeon-200-Series-Drivers.aspx

Only other drivers you may need would be keyboard/mouse unless you have no name ones, and maybe Wifi drivers

to figure out what parts are in PC, I would run Speccy once you install all the drivers

Thank you so much! But for the wifi drivers is it something specific to like the provider I have to download, because at the moment I'm just trying to connect to ethernet then download my wireless adapter. 😛

The WiFi drivers would match the adaptor you are using, so which ever WiFi card you have in PC. Win 8 may know what the card is and download drivers for it over windows update, I am not sure.

Did you make PC or was it made for you?
