Question Having issues with my internet, how do I fix?

I've recently had quite a few problems with my wifi connection going to my pc. Every 10 to 15 seconds or so my wifi connection goes straight to 0kbps send and 0kbps recieve. I'd like to know what the problem is because it's been happening quite frequently. My gaming consoles have the same problem.

My pc build is:

Ryzen 5 2600x 6 core 3.6ghz
32 gig ram
radeon rx560

See if you've got any BIOS updates pending. Also you might want to see if reinstalling your NIC drivers changes your experience. Is the WiFi adapter built in to your motherboard or is it an add-on adapter?
