Ok so a couple of weeks ago I walked away from pc for like 10 minutes and came back and all of my monitors were strobing, I restarted pc and everything was fine. A couple of days later I was watching YouTube and all of my monitors went black, pc did not restart or anything, all of my rgb was still on but I noticed that my gpu was no longer synced and had gone back to the default rainbow. This ended up getting fixed by clearing the cmos which I'm unsure as to why that fixed it when the only thing I do in bios is enable expo. This same thing happened a few more times with the same fix and then yesterday my monitors strobed again, I restarted pc and everything was fine for a few minutes then the pc restarted itself and got stuck on the reboot with the green debug led which I looked up and that means that it can't find the boot device? this was also fixed by clearing cmos and now it has rebooted itself again but gotten stuck on the white debug led, I havent tried a cmos clear yet because I hadn't changed anything in bios this time just left everything default to try and see if expo was somehow causing these problems. This is all very stressful because I saved up for awhile to get my dream pc and can hardly use it. Any help would be much appreciated. I will post pc specs below in case it can help anyone tell me what's wrong.
