[SOLVED] Having issues with Windows 10

I have windows 10 operating system installed on ho 290 Mr desktop computer and I want to do a downgrade of fresh installation of windows 7 on the desktop but the system disconnects the keyboard and mouse immediately the widow screen for window 7 displayed. Please what will do

Enter bios and look for „integrated peripherals” or something like this. Enter this option and there you will see „usb keyboard function” and „usb mouse function” turn both enebled.

Some one should help me out . Am having problem with clean installation of window 7 from window 10. It disable the keyboard and mouse as soon as the window 7 welcome screen displayed

If you are using a wireless mouse and keyboard you may need to use a wired one instead as the windows installation cd may not have the drivers for the wireless mouse and keyboard

You should check the BIOS/UMFI. Usually by tapping delete or F12 at boot. Look for a setting that has disabled the USBs.

If you are using a wireless mouse and keyboard you may need to use a wired one instead as the windows installation cd may not have the drivers for the wireless mouse and keyboard
