So my PCIe cards aren't detecting my ethernet. I've tried restarting my PC, changing the ethernet cables, and getting a new PCIe card and it still won't detect my ethernet. Anyone have any solutions?

and what this Ethernet cables connect to??
what the light on the nic card said?
The ethernet cable is connected to a wall ethernet port which goes into the router. The wall port works still. I know it works because I have plugged the ethernet cable into other devices and they still connect via ethernet. The Nic card shows no lights.

No lights is certainly an issue.
When you say you have tried other PCI cards....in the same slot as existing? Is existing onboard?
Do you have a dongle available to try?

If you go to device manager do you see any yellow triangles?
The PCI card is in a new slot. I don't believe I have a dongle available. No yellow triangles in the device manager.

I also just uninstalled the drivers for the PCI cards and restarted and they still don't work
