Having permission issues with my SSD

Whenever i download something on my SSD i get errors like an error occuered while attempting to create the directory. I don't know what i should do to gain ful permission of my files.

Open "Computer" or "My Computer"
Right click on the drive OR open the drive and select the folder you need to change permissions.
After you right click choose properties
Click on the security tab
Click the Edit button
Find yourself on the list (or add yourself if your not listed)
Check the Full Control box
And then click ok or apply

These steps may be different depending on your version of Windows. Might be best to google for a walkthrough with screen shots.

I agree with little_me.
Typically permissions issues are NOT an issue. Malware often causes the issue though. Even after Malware is removed this permissions issues can continue.

Lot of things to be suspicious about:
You usually download FILES, not directories, as such downloading should NOT create them on it's own.
Where are you downloading files to? Windows is usually lot more strict about automatic folder permissions in profile folders and windows/program files.

Creating c:\downloads folder and setting that as default download target (in browsers/other things) can usually get around most of such problems. If problems persist, suspect malware. Suspect malware anyway.
