Back in April I upgraded my rig with these parts:

I had no problems with the system from April until now. A few days ago i decided to get an aftermarket cooler and a better case, so i got a HAF 922 and the Hyper evo 212 cooler for my i5. I also added an oem 1tb hdd.
At first the system posted fine, I fired up AC4 and in the loading screen the game kinda glitched a bit then froze so i restarted and fired it up again and it worked fine after 1 glitch for a good 20 minutes. I put the pc to sleep to go shower, came back and the screen had several notifications about the drivers crashing so I was going to reinstall them then the screen froze again so I restarted and no post. Leds, fans, all spun and turned on, the Mobo had a temp reading on it but no post.
I've tried reseating both the Ram and the GPU, plugging the dvi cable into the MOBO to use the integrated graphics but nothing. Once I got it to post by completely removing the gpu. Then I reseated the gpu and and it didn't post, so i took it out again but this time it didn't post.
It also sometimes will have the fans spin a bit, then they'll cut off along with the LEDs, then restart itself.
I took it to a shop in my local town for them to look at it and we got it to post by unhooking the 3 fans that the case came with. The voltage on my psu was under 12, somewhere in the 10/11 range i dont remember exactly what, and as we unplugged the fans one by one the voltage went up until all were gone and it hit 12 again. So is it for sure my psu being faulty? I find it hard to believe my cx 600 won't sufficeintly power those case fans with a single (albeit power hungry) gpu. Is it possible i plugged in the fans wrong? or is my psu faulty? In my old set up I had a poor case that only had 1 exhaust fan so it wasn't powering those extra things. The people recommended I get a better psu but I want to make sure it's actually the problem. What do y'all think?
