Having trouble removing Yontoo 1.10.02 ? What it does and how I got rid of It.

Yontoo 1.10.02 is an ad ware program that adds layers to webpages that you visit and offers up adds based on words that are underlined and highlighted all through out whatever you are browsing It underlines and highlights random words in alternate colors, and when you pass a pointer
over them it pops up an add. ..
I dont know how I got it , or how long it has been on my system.
I have finally removed it from my machine after battling with it for more than 30 hours straight.
it showed up in control panel, programs and features, however when you tried to uninstall/ change it it just gave up an initialization error. I spent hour upon hour searching through my computer and downloaded many uninstallers and cleaners including revo uninstaller, ccleaner, malwarebytes,anvi uninstaller... etc.... i went through many guides and searched many different forums to no avail.
Finally I came upon IObit uninstaller and in less than 10 minutes it was finally gone.

So I hope I can save someone some grief by posting this here. I have been reading this forum for some time and i can finally give back to the community that has helped me so often in the past.
