Question Having troubles with my wd black m.2 ssd

So i installed a wd sn750 to my m.2_2 (slot 3) on my mother board and when i plug my computer in everything turns on but nothing responds. Im stuck on the ASUS screen where is asks to pres DEL or F2 but my keyboard doesn't respond and when i unplugg it and plug it back in it doesnt turn on. So i took out the m.s ssd and tried starting it back up and everything works. My not a big pc guy so idk whats going one

The name of the motherboard should be written on top of the board itself.

It has a Asus Prime X570-P, amd ryzen 5 3600 , ti 1660, 16 gb ram, 700w power supply, 500gb m.2 in it and im trying to add another 500gb. Yes i removed it and it worked fine.

I am guessing your boot drive is the 500gb m.2 drive in M.2_1 socket 3. Have you tried moving your boot drive to the 2nd m.2 socket to see if that configuration will still boot or not?

So your saying take the first m.2 and swap spots with the second if thats the case do you know how to take the graphic card out of this type of motherboard i watched videos and they all show taking screws out but on this one i dont see any anf and the little clip yout need to push down is kinda blockee by the cpu fan so i would have to take that out so correct me if im wrong

I already have a m.2 in one ssd slot, im trying to install a second one but it makes it so all my things connected into my usb ports dont register like they are one when you boot up but dont work but as soon as you unplug them and plug them back in they dont turn on
