Havish: Foebane variable!!!!?????!!!!

Hmm, the first time I got Foebane, it had
this cool constant invisibility. But I've
picked up Foebane again in a second game,
and all it has is the dink 3 second
paralyze. Is Foebane variable, and if so,
does anyone know what it's traits trigger on?


Last time my character was a thief class
since I wanted to try out Havish thief quests--
but this time not. I'm wondering if that
makes a difference. Or if it is a random
chance thing?

Anyone know?

Hmm, I think I've figured out that the mod
"The Trouble with Millie" was interfereing
with havish and Wyv Jeweler......hard to
tell for sure.
