can my psu run hd 7770, no overclocking

RAM: 3x 2GB DDR3
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-880GM-UD2H
PSU: COOLER MASTER EXTREME POWER 460W
CABINET: COOLER MASTER ELITE 430
HDD: 3x 1TB Seagate

Yes , it can run HD 7770 without any problems.

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

Radeon HD 7770 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 450 Watt power supply unit.
Radeon HD 7770 Crossfire - On your average system the cards require you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit as minimum.
