HD moniter without HDMI

i just ordered a samsung p2350 HD monitor and i suddenly discovered that it doesn't hav a HDMI input. i have a HDMI in both my motherboard and graphics card. does this effect the performance of my monitor or lack in working with HD? what loss do i suffer on this?

Nope.

The only thing you will loose is a single connection to the monitor that carries both audio and video signals. Then again, how many people rely on using the 2w speakers found on some monitors?
