HD shows in BIOS but not in My computer & Device Manager or disk management

My computer doesn't seems to recognize my Seagate internal hard drive (D). I've tried swapping ports but it still wouldn't show up under my computer nor device manager in disk management. I've looked at several questions on here, and none have helped at all.
Any suggestions?

I tried booting from USB using Hirens boot, nothing shows up in the mini XP view but i was manage to see it under PartedMagic in Linux. It shows the whole drive unallocated.
