[SOLVED] HD TV Resolution is wrongly detected

I have a Skyworth 32E3

Which is a HD TV but when I plug it to my windows 10 pc it detects it as a Full HD TV which obviously it's not because when I set the display stretch mode to no stretch only half of the picture is displayed , like it's X2 Zoom even Nvidia control panel says it's a full HD tv , and that's messing my display because when I set it to 1360x768 at no stretch the picture fits perfectly but blurry , and I can't use the Nvidia stretch settings because it think the tv is a full HD one , how can I override the tv resolution or at least fix the blurriness of the picture

what is the screen resolution your gpu could handle you have to match it with tv settings

It is full HD.
Specs of your link says - resolution 1920 x 1080.
