HDD box - malfunctioning

I have

and when I connect it to the PC and put all discs in, only 1-2 work, sometimes 3, depends. All slots work randomly, none is broken I guess...

The PSU is 400W, so perhaps that's why. But they work well without the box, all at once (I guess)

Do you have both power connections connected to your power supply?

Actually I just figured out they are "running", just don't "load" or appear or whatever...

open the door and manually press the drives all the way in. You probably will have to repeat this a few times before you get them all to work.
