Question HDD disappeared when installing games

I just got my Win10 system installed on a new SSD and my HDD was formatted. I decided to install games on the empty HDD but a strange thing happened: my HDD disappeared when installing the game. I tried to reboot my pc and the HDD is visible again , but when the game client continue the download, the HDD disappeared again. I checked the HDD health using seatools and it was fine , even the SATA is connected correctly. What should I do to fix this problem? (Sorry for bad eng)

Check the physical power and data cables at both ends to and from the HDD.
