Question HDD disappearing

I have the B450 AORUS ELITE mobo and a

TCSunBow 512GB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD - Hard Drives - Solid State

when i connect the M.2 ssd the HDD's disappear so im not able to change the boot order to boot from the HDD to migrate the OS to the SSD. Can someone help me with installing this SSD

Have you tried other SATA ports? If you go through the manual, typically some SATA ports are disabled when some M.2 slots are popularted.

im having a look at the manual im clueless sorry i dont know where to find out what ports are disabled

Yeah, just make sure the hard drives aren't in either of the two SATA ports with an "x" on them. I don't know enough about your M.2 drive off-hand and I'm on my phone so it's a little awkward researching it. Just testing new SATA ports may be the quickest way to resolve the issue. Just do one hard drive at a time.

does this mean if i have 2 m.2 ssd's in with HDDs installed on sata3 port 0 and 1 i cant use sata3 2 and 3 port or asata3 0 and 1 port for another sata ssd drive?
