Question HDD problems

Hello, my pc is fairly new and for some reason i'm having issues with my HDD, i have windows installed on an sdd and somethimes everything works fine, but somethimes when i play videogames, my pc freezes and when i reboot my HDD is no longer visible, i tried checking my HDD's health and is on 100% there is some instances when i just reboot my pc and the HDD is there but this is getting frustrating because i dont know what is causing it, please help, and thank you in advance, have a great day <3

First thing would probably check the SATA and PSU connections on both ends, make sure all it tight. Also, worthwhile to check for other issues like a pinch or sharp edge in the case along the cabling.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
