HDD & SSD files mess

When I click on any of my "Music" "Photos" etc, they all have the same files as each other. How do I fix this. Here are some screenshots

That does not look good, and I am unsure of how to 'fix'.
Maybe someone else will be along to provide a suggestion.

Those aren't multiple D drives, those as multiple shortcuts to the D drive. Notice the icons are different.

First, save all your critical data that is linked from there to a whole other location.
Next, right click on one of those "D" things. What options do you see? Anything about moving, or deleting?
