Solution
USAFRet, I was wrong.

I have read https://documents.westerndigital.co...-sheet-wd-blue-pc-hard-drives-2879-771436.pdf

WD10EZEX Advanced Format - Yes.

Does "Advanced Format - Yes" mean Western Digital WD10EZEX supports 4 KB sector?
Yes it does.
https://documents.westerndigital.co...l/white-paper/white-paper-advanced-format.pdf

"Advanced Format drives incorporate several changes to optimize the actual data structure on the hard drive, including increasing the physical sector size from 512 bytes to a more efficient 4096 (4K) byte sector size. "

Whatever it says as Default.
Default size. Do not worry about that.
USAFRet, SkyNetRising, thank you. I took into attention.

I saw in specifications there is feature 4 KB sector support.

For example, Toshiba 1 TB HDWD110UZSVA supports 4 KB sector.

Another example. Western Digital WD10EZEX doesn't support 4 KB sector.

I want to make cluster size 4 KB.

If I will use Toshiba 1 TB HDWD110UZSVA will I be able to make cluster size 4 KB when creating NTFS?

If I will use Western Digital WD10EZEX will I be able too to make cluster size 4 KB when creating NTFS?
