[SOLVED] HDD won't spin up when installed internally

I've used an 8TB WD external hard drive for years without issue. I recently removed it from its shell so that I could install it internally. When installed internally, the drive won't even spin up, when I put it in a USB dock, it works fine. I have 2 other HDD's that I tested internally and both of them spin up and are recognized in Windows.

I've formatted the drive and the WD Dashboard tells me the drive is healthy. I have no idea why it won't work. I've searched the forums and found people with similar issues but now where their drive won't even spin up.

Probably 3.3V pin problem.
