IDK if this is the right section to put this question but... I built my first PC yesterday (I'll put the specs at the bottom of this post) and everything started off fine. I turned my PC on and all the fans and RGB worked, but the monitor said HDMI no signal. I plugged it into a laptop, and it worked just fine, so it is a PC issue.
I checked to make sure all my connections were secure, unplugged and replugged everything, and turned the PC off and back on against.
Currently, I think it's because my motherboard doesn't currently have the correct BIOS version to support by CPU. This normally wouldn't be a problem, but I'm using integrated graphics rn. According to the Internet, the white sticker at the bottom right of my cpu cooler is my BIOS version, can someone plz confirm this? And if you don't think this is the issue, what else could it be?
Thank you thank you -NightFall_RS

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU. Rams populating slots A2 and B2?

According to the CPU support list, your board should be on BIOS version 3.20 at the very least to be able to work with a Ryzen 5 5500GT. What does the sticker you speak of say on it?

Can you see if the manufacturing date on the board is visible on the stickers or the box?

If you need to flash the BIOS you will need something like a 4300G(as all BIOS versions support this APU out of the box), flash the BIOS then replace the 4300G with the 5500GT.

My PSU is a Thermaltake Smart 600W.
My ram is in the 2nd and 4th slot from the CPU.
Oops, I meant Ryzen 5600gt sorry.
The sticker says P2.40 on it, which does not support the 5600gt.
Not sure where the date would be, I looked it up for a half hour, but no one seems to know where it tells me that.
I did buy a Ryzen 3 3400g which is compatible with bios 2.00. I should've bought the 4300 this, you're right.
I also forgot to mention, there a little LED thing on the bottom right of the board that says d7, idk if that means something.
Thank you!

Update, I saw a similar issue happening to someone else, and they said that it was the dual channel memory. I removed one stick of ram, and now my monitor is showing my bios date, which is 10/19/2022. It also says this:
Copyright (C) American Megatrends, Inc.

BIOS Date: 10/19/2022 18:30:22 Ver: 1AHQG240

New CPU installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed.

Press Y to reset TPM, if you have BitLocker or encryption enabled, the system will not boot without a recovery key

Press N to keep previous TPM record and continue system boot, TPM will NOT enable in new CPU, you can swap back to the old CPU to recover TPH related Keys and data.
What should I do?

So I just turned my new PC build on after getting the HDMI connection to work and it says this on the screen.

My current CPU shouldn't be compatible with that bios version btw.
Also, the LEDs on the bottom left of my motherboard say 98, does that mean anything?

Thank u!

The fTPM is the "Firmware Trusted Platform Module" and it essentially stores encryption keys embedded in the chip. If you do not use BitLocker, then just press Y to reset the TPM and boot normally.

What should I do?
Press Y to continue. I would advise that you go into BIOS immediately and flash the BIOS to the latest.

PSU: Thermaltake Smart 600W
That PSU doesn't being in a system, let alone be called a PSU.

Stick to one thread unless you want spaghetti brains.

So I am able to flash the Bios even though my CPU wasn't compatible till bios 3.60 and I have bios 2.40? Sry for the ignorance, I'm new to pc building and this is my first build.

Leave me alone man, I'm on a $500 budget.😿
