I bought a new PC today, everything is working fine except for whichever monitor i plug in to the HDMI port on the motherboard.
As stated in the title, I'm using a MSI x570-A Pro alongsize AMD ryzen 7 as well as NVIDIA RTX 260 SUPER.

I cannot manage to get signal or detect the screen in Windows 10. I tried looking for integrated graphics in BIOS but I could not seem to find it.
They told me at the PC store that I would be able to use both of my monitors using HDMI, was this a false statement or am I doing something wrong?

Also, I made sure both the HDMI cable is functioning as well as the monitor itself by testing it on my old pc as well as using the graphic card HDMI port on this one.

The HDMI, on the motherboard, will only work with an APU, like the 2200g, 2400g, 3200g, and 3400g. Ryzen 7's do not have IGP. You have to use the ports, on your RTX 2060 super. I would advise not going back to that store.
I see. As far as I can see, there is 1 HDMI and 3 Display ports. So I have to get a monitor that supports display ports or use some kind of adapter in the future I guess?

Not to be repetitive, but the only Ryzen CPUs with graphics built-in have a "g" at the end.
EX: Ryzen 3 2200g or 3400g.

No ryzen 7 CPUs currently contain any sort of integrated graphics, so you will not be able to use the motherboards graphics ports.

Oh okay, good to know! Thank you kind sir!
