Question HDMI Port Signal Not Working - ROG-STRIX-GTX1060-A6G

All ports of my GPU were in use and functioning a while ago. One of the HDMI was connected to TV, and TV was mostly on standby. After a recent win 11 install, I noticed the TV doesn't recognize the signal. I swapped the cable port on GPU. TV is working now, but windows doesn't recognize the monitor. What happened to my HDMI port signal on the GPU? I have read some forums responses but they are not very helpful. Any advice is appreciated!

I had installed
555.85-desktop-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql

replaced it with

GeForce Game Ready Driver 551.23

fixed it

Sometimes reinstalling drivers fixes things.
