HDMI TV Tuner?

hello i have a monitor that have HDMI and i want something like a TV-TUNER that connect to HDMI and i can watch TV. Where i can get something like that can you suggest me if you know where!

And the input is antenna, cable, satellite, Internet? There are a ton of boxes / receivers with different configs out there.
