Hello, I'm getting a 7600x and I was wondering if my Cooler Master H411r would work with my new 7600x on a new AM5 mothetboard the Asus TUF B650-E ATX wifi.

My cooler is pretty old but it could save me some $$ instead of buying a new one, would it be able to cool down a 7600x? And is it compatible with the mothetboard I mentioned above?

Since the H411r won't work with my new 7600x, I need a new cooler for the 7600x, please let me know which one of the ones below I should get.

(There are also liquid coolers, a bit above my budget such as the Redragon CCW-3011, but not sure if a liquid cooler is a smart choice here.)

My options:

XIGMATEK AIR KILLER PRO ARGB AIR CPU Cooler

Aerocool Cylon 4F ARGB CPU AIR COOLER

GAMDIAS BOREAS E2-410 Cpu Air Cooler

Xigmatek AK4 Digital LED Display ARGB Air Cpu Cooler

Deepcool GAMMAXX 400 PRO Air CPU Cooler

DEEPCOOL AG400 PLUS

DeepCool AIR COOLER AK400

And the

Cooler Master Hyper 622 Halo (but it's expensive, might consider if the above are weak for a 7600x)

I can try to increase my budget a bit if the options above are not good and list some more expensive coolers.

Also should I take TDP into consideration when choosing a cooler? Some of the cheap coolers I listed above mention 220 TDP.

For one, you'll need AM5 mounting kit.

would it be able to cool down a 7600x?
No.

R5 7600X with Noctua NH-U14S, on gaming load, gets ~70C. On Blender, ~88C,
review: https://www.techpowerup.com/review/amd-ryzen-5-7600x/25.html

Your H411r is tiny air cooler, which based on the ancient review of it,
link: https://www.ukgamingcomputers.co.uk/blog/coolermaster-hyper-411r-review/

Fared very poorly, even worse than Hyper 212 Evo. Also, compared to Noctua NH-U12S (smaller variant of NH-U14S), the temp diff is easy +10C to +15C.

So, with your H411r, you can easily see 85C-100C.

Better to get new, beefier CPU cooler. E.g Thermalright has sold value options,

Peerless Assassin 120SE is value king among CPU air coolers. Big-boy air cooler for less than 35 bucks. Same size Noctua and you're looking at easy 120 bucks.

Thanks a lot, unfortunately I will have to pay for shipping and taxes and it would cost similar to buying a new one, so I think buying a new one would be the better deal.

Will it cool?
Yes, but not very well.
What is the make/model of your case and what is the fan arrangement?
Noctua keeps a list of suitable coolers for various processors.
Here is the list for the 7600X:
https://ncc.noctua.at/cpus/model/AMD-Ryzen-5-7600X-1637
A simple tower type cooler like the NH-U12s redux would be their cheapest:

Thank you, the Peerless Assassin 120SE and the NH-U12s look good but if you could help me choose one of the ones listed below the shipping and taxes would cost a lot for me since they are not available anywhere close to me.

XIGMATEK AIR KILLER PRO ARGB AIR CPU Cooler

Aerocool Cylon 4F ARGB CPU AIR COOLER

GAMDIAS BOREAS E2-410 Cpu Air Cooler

Xigmatek AK4 Digital LED Display ARGB Air Cpu Cooler

Deepcool GAMMAXX 400 PRO Air CPU Cooler

DEEPCOOL AG400 PLUS

DeepCool AIR COOLER AK400

And the

Cooler Master Hyper 622 Halo (but it's expensive, might consider if the above are weak for a 7600x)

DeepCool is out of the question due to the sanctions.

This leaves the other 3.

Out of those, Gamdias E1-410 reviewed well, link: https://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/10058/gamdias-boreas-e1-410-wh-cpu-cooler/index.html

But since you linked the successor of it, E2-410, it should do fine as well. It has some improvements over the predecessor,

Well, it's twin-tower big-boy air cooler. It does cost more than the single-tower mid-sized air coolers you linked (it has more metal within it).

With CPU air coolers, make sure that your PC case has enough CPU cooler clearance, so that the CPU cooler actually fits.
E.g the Gamdias is 155mm tall.

With mid-sized CPU air cooler, you can expect a bit worse temps than the review of R5 7600X with NH-U14S. I'd say ~5C worse.

No one will accuse me of knowing too much about computers, but I do my homework.

After spending a few days reading reviews, looking at temp charts and looking at my wallet...I bought a Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 on Amazon for about 30 USD equivalent. I have yet to install it but unless a lot of people lied systematically, it should keep temps well control on a 5700X.

Hard to ignore the headline...

Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 Review: Simply the Best

This guy has a bunch of reviews that compares one to the other within the Thermalright family. In the end, the above was the winner.

Good luck...

I don't think the sanctions apply to me, I'm not located in the US, the E2-410 looks good, thank you so much for the links, while searching, I also found the GAMDIAS BOREAS M2-5, a bit more expensive though. Also thank you for all the info you provided, I haven't bought a case yet, will take all the info you provided into considaration.
The Ryzen 5 7600X is not a particularly hot chip, a standard $20 cooler should handle it just fine. Where are you located?

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/sy...120-se-argb-6617-cfm-cpu-cooler-ba120-se-argb
I would have bought it but sadly it's not available in my country, only the ones that I listed above are & within my budget limits.
Only if you are in the US. Since the Thermalright and Noctua are not easily accessible, it's safe to assume they are not in the US.

I would take the Deepcool AK400.

I'm not in the US indeed, I heard good things about the AK400 as well as the AG400 Plus and the Deepcool GAMMAXX 400, I'm a bit lost here, which one should I go with?

My final options:

GAMDIAS BOREAS E2-410 Cpu Air Cooler

Deepcool GAMMAXX 400 PRO Air CPU Cooler

DEEPCOOL AG400 PLUS

DeepCool AIR COOLER AK400

(And one I just found with dual fan similar price: Xigmatek wind power pro, will consider if its really better than the others)

If they are all very similar I will just go for the Gamadias or the AK400 that were previously suggested by Aeacus & logainofhades.

If DeepCool is on the table, then i'd pick this one:
Deepcool GAMMAXX 400 PRO Air CPU Cooler
Review of original Gammaxx 400,
link: https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/deepcool-gammaxx-400-slim-tower-cpu-cooler,4460-2.html

It has even better performance than Noctua NH-U12S.
The "Pro" version has 2x fans, compared to single fan (no increased airflow but increased static pressure due to 2x fans). And also more refined appearance.
Specs: https://deepcool.com/products/Cooling/cpuaircoolers/2021/11372.shtml

Note: it is 158mm tall.

For others;
DeepCool AG400 review: https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/deepcool-ag400
Looks to be noisy.

DeepCool AK400 review: https://gamersnexus.net/coolers/best-cheap-cpu-coolers-benchmarked-deepcool-ak400-review
No big flaws, no exceptional performance - an average CPU cooler.

And some further watching about best CPU coolers;
