Headphone jack on CM Storm Enforcer

I was just wondering if anyone knew why or how I could fix a problem I am having with my case. When I plug in my headphones to the front i/o panel on my case nothing happens, I have checked to make sure that the right cables are plugged in on the motherboard but I still cannot figure out what is wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

It's possible the front panel is dead, you could RMA the case, or just use the audio inputs coming from the motherboard on the back.

it's possible only the headphone jack is faulty.
The headphones work when using other ports right?

The headphones do work with other jacks, and they work with the jacks on the motherboard, if the jack is dead thats fine by me cause I have a headset thats plugged in the back. I would like to use my new headphones through the front with the shorter cord though, but if its not working I don't feel like going through the process of getting a new case.
