The sound changed beyond recognition, became much less saturated and not voluminous, at the beginning I thought that some kind of error had occurred and the drivers were crooked, I uninstalled Razer Synapse 3.0, did the whole procedure all over again, but it did not give any results.
I tried removing the driver and program in different variations, but again there was no result. I got desperate and decided to write through the official website to the support service, which is only available in English. After a while of waiting, I finally found a free operator in the chat, to whom I described my problem in detail and asked him to help, to which the operator asked a rather strange question: “Where are you from?” I replied that I was from Russia, I bought the device in the official store, that I had a box with all the serial numbers and everything necessary, to which the operator told me “sorry, for security reasons we cannot help you, go to our website, there is a guide there How to reinstall the application." I began to insist that I needed help, that I was a buyer like everyone else, to which the operator replied that he would forward my request to a “superior” specialist and he would answer me by email. While I was waiting for an answer, I decided to check the chain of events on a laptop that I had not used for a long time and which did not have the updated Synapse 3.0 application.
I turned on the laptop, connected the headphones, checked that the "THX Spatial - Synapse" device was present and the headphones were working correctly, but as soon as I entered the Synapse 3.0 program, the version update began automatically, as a result of which the "THX Spatial - Synapse" device was simply removed from my laptop and the sound in the headphones became similar to the sound of a cheap device for 500 rubles.
I am attaching screenshots of what happened during the update and a screenshot of the response to the email, the content of which was identical to what the representative of the joint venture told me in the chat.
So, gentlemen, please tell me, maybe someone has encountered something similar and knows how to solve it, or are these just crooked drivers that will be fixed soon.
