Headset Hyperx Cloud Alpha not working correctly..

I recently just bought this HyperX Cloud Alpha headset, and when im connecting it the quality of the sound is bad, the sound is low and can't get any higher, and there is no bass. Yes, i have tried different ports and yet it doesnt work. Before this headset i had HyperX Cloud Core which worked great. My guess is that i will need a new soundcard, do you agree? And can you recommend any?

When trying to troubleshoot audio issues, we're going to need to know a few more things.
1| Are you on the latest driver revision?
2| Are you sure the headset is plugged in to the right port, all the way.
3| Are you on Windows 10?

If the previous analog headset worked on your existing system without any issues, then the same would go for the Alpha.

Hi there. I had the same problem and here is my solution:

Buy one of these: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/111612313527

Plug your 3.5mm combo jack into the provided audio/mic splitter.

Plug those two jacks into the ports on the adapter.

Enjoy your product.
