Question Heat and stuttering Issue on Dell Inspiron 5502 ?

Hey there!
Im using a Dell Inspiron 15 5502
Intel Core i5 1135G7 CPU
Nvidia Mx330 dGPU,
8GB ram,
512 GB SSD,

It's CPU temps go really high during video conferencing (75c-85c) Which is really annoying as it starts to throttle and the laptop starts freezing and stuttering. And also the GPU clocks drop to 139 mhz when the temps hit 67c, Making the game completely unplayable.

What do I do?

Even normal browsing and discord is putting the temps at 65c to 70c

laptop cpu get go up to 100.
could try throttlestop if you don't want it to throttle too early.
what the ram usage? how full is the ssd?

Ram usage is always above 70%. It has always been since the time i bought the device.

SSD has enough storage left
