Heat pipe touches plastic on fan

What are the possible effects that can be harmful to my computer? There is a couple spots where they slightly make contact.

The heat pipe will melt where it touches the plastic.

Is this the side vent fan?? If you have a good case with front, top, and back fans (assuming bottom mount PSU) then you should be fine without the side fan.
