i have powercolor R9 280x and i used for like a year now. i tried overclock like 2-3 months ago. but the performance did not improve so i reseted the GPU to factory settings using the AMD software. now for some reason, at idle temps are 50-60C and when playing games temps are 80-95+. what is wrong with it? do i have to replace the Thermal paste on it? or what?

AMD GPU's always run hot. check for a 3rd party cooler that might bring the temps down and thermal paste is not the problem.
