Okay so , I tryed everythin', but I just cannot make the modem/ or the PC recognize the router, it doesnt even show the DNS and this time (recently that i tryed) it didnt even show me the "Default Gateway" (wich i do know the IP to acess the router & i did activated the DHCP Server ON to self configurate. And before it could show the Default Gateway but without any numbers, but now, it doesnt even show "Default Gateway"
And now how it was the experience, my Modem for starters it as 4 LAN ports and 2 small ethernet cable's Ports (the smaller ones that looks like the telephone cables) , 1 goes to the Internet provider that I know but the 2nd one i'm not sure.
Since every tutorial that i saw it only as 1 port on the modem, mine as 4 (5 including the extra small ethernet connection), so i didnt knew where to put the cable so I used both once at a time, on the LAN port and on the small ethernet port connected to the router port WAN, and then i used another cable on the router on the LAN port and connected to the PC (like the tutorials showed me and i followed everystep) and I even tryed to use the guest wireless IP throo the brownser but i couldnt get acess to it , never ever.
And now refering to what i said above, it doesnt even show me the "Default Gateway" and it didnt showed the DNS too, it even says that the connection of the router is turned off (I do not have the installation CD for the router, but I can simple type in the IP of this router and it should work, but like I said, no "Default Gateway" is avaible or DNS, i have tryed everythin' and saw many tutorials
and its rare for me to get acess to the modem, please help, and by the way, i dont know if this matters but the speed is : 802.11g/ 802.11b
Here's a pic related (its in portuguese, so where it say's "Placa e rede local sem fios: ligação de rede sem fios" - its = Wireless LAN adapter Wireless Network Connection.

As you can notice I have 2 wireless connections and I believe 1 of them its from my modem because it also as Wireless.
And finally, when I use the LAN port directly to my PC it doesnt show the Default Gateway, any numbers at all and I do know the IP, but I can acess it
I guess if it doesnt recognize the default gateway I cant have acess to the Router Settings
