Are you playing in 1080p?

yes 1080P 60hz

Temperature is ok. Your CPU is a quad core CPU and it's probably why it's at 100% in Rainbow Six Siege.

Unless it's already pretty high CPU usage before you start the game and the game just top it off.

A 4 core CPU can become a limitation n in some games

Sounds like a prebuilt to me, the 10100F is common in those with a dGPU, could be wrong tho.

i set the fps limit to 60 and now cpu usage is 40-50%
