Hello im new here and i have a problem im not sure if is seriuses of noting mutch but i need to confirmMy power suply is doing this noise: https://vid.me/IPxa

from the audio sounds like there two issue. one sounds like the hard drive heads are clicking. take power off the drive see if the sound changes. the other sounds like there a fan that rubbing or has a wire in it. check that the power supply fan not crushed into the case of the power supply. if the power supply is out of warranty look to see if the fan for the supply is wired or plugs in. if it a plug in fan you be able to switch it out yourself. if the unit under warranty rma it.

What do you mean by "turning"?

She is always active, and the noise apears more or only when gaming or other heavy programs

What make and model is your Power supply (Some power supplys have fan always active, others only when needed etc) , Motherboard, GPU etc

Im 100% sure coming fro PSU, more precisly on the behind of the PSU the side of the wires.

the fan exntendes all the psu ofc, but the soind comes from the side i said from the inside. but the problem is i laready check with a light if was the fan hiting on someting wile spining but is not and noting moving besides the fan

take the power supply out of the pc. use the green wire trick see if it makes nose. if you cant plug the unit back in and then bear bones the pc. then slowly add fans and other parts till the noise comes back.
