i really am not sure if this is right place but i've been having alot of issues with my computer.
it's only couple months old. and it started blue screening alot so i took out 1 of the ram sticks and that stop'd then it starts freezing and restarting itself randomly or it will just freeze and ill have to restart it :/ i did sfc scannow and it has found some issues but idk about any of that stuff.

If memory seemed to be an issue, test your memory.
It is one of the few things that can be tested reliably with software.

1 stick at a time, and run at least a couple of passes.
To be positive, run it all night.

Big errors will show up in the first pass.

Many possible causes of freezing.

1. Check out your OS
First try System File Checker
Winkey plus 'X'
Choose Command Prompt (Admin)
Type sfc /scannow then Enter

It finds and fixes errors in Windows, but doesn't always report them. Run it and see if the fault disappears after re-booting your system
If corrupt files are found that can’t be fixed, try

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Re-run SFC

To view CBS Log

findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails.txt

Search C drive for sfcdetails.txt or navigate to C:\Windows\System32 and scroll down.

2. Check System for overheating

D'load and run Speccy

Check temperature after running a game for a while.

3. Check RAM.

If you have more than one stick, try running on one at a time. Or run Memtest 86.
Best run the bootable version, as it checks out the areas of RAM normally occupied by Windows. http://www.memtest.org/#downiso
Then create bootable CD or USB Flash


4. Check HDD for mechanical errors

5. Generally check for poor connectivity.

If corrupt files are found that can’t be fixed, try

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
how do i do this! i type that into cmd it says error 87 the online/cleanup-image/restorehealth option is unknown

my cpu also is like 79-85 c when im just on google chrome etc

my cpu is amd A10-6800K Richland 32nm technology

i did the scan thing and it fixed w.e was corrupted it said. and i cleaned my fan now my cpu temp bounces from 48-70s least for now it has. x.x anyother suggestions?

Error 87 means you made a mistake typing the CMD. Try again, observing spaces before the / switch. Actually best to highlight the CMD and copy it using Ctrl plus C and paste it by Rt click the flashing cursor.
Meanwhile I suspect heat is going to be your issue.

Once installed hit 'Continue to run Trial version. Select Tests to run (CPU,RAM and 2D Graphics should suffice)
Launch Speccy and move the windows around so you can observe both at once, and start test. If your CPU temp hits 95+ stop the test and report back to discuss options. Also post full details of your rig...

well my temps were bouncing alot from 40-75s while just on chrome etc but when i game it seemed to hit 70s-80s maybe 90s. when i first got compi could play my game high detail no lag. now its like i have to play in very low. it really annoys me that my comp is only like 5months old. but for the specs http://www.walmart.com/ip/iBUYPOWER-Gamer-Power-WA557APU-Desktop-PC-with-AMD-A10-6800K-Richland-Processor-8GB-Memory-1TB-Hard-Drive-and-Windows-8.1-Monitor-Not-Included/26464578 this is the comp i have im pretty sure lol.

If it's running too hot it will tend to slow it down a little. Did you use compressed air and blast the fins on the Heatsink under the fan? That's where the damaging dust collects...
Is it running without blue screens now?
You could consider replacing the thermal paste between the CPU and the heatsink, try Arctic MX-4, but check out the videos on Youtube to see how it's done properly.

yeah i tried cleaning it all out. and everything. and yes no more blue screens just it'll randomly freeze then i have to hold power button to restart it or it'll restart itself.

RAM most likely cause, try Memtest 86 for a long time, overnight if possible. Preferably bootable version....

There are more possibilities than the RAM itself, like bad slots or Memory Controller, (Memory controlled by CPU, which we know was getting a bit warm) so try moving the sticks around in different slots, and also run Memtest 86 when you're not using the PC. Did you try the HDD test? You have to try to isolate different components. There is a possibility your Board is at fault, through overheating, but eliminate the basics first. I think we can be reasonably confident that your OS is good.
