Question Hello! need a little help right here

This week i got a weird problem that my GPU(xfx RX 7900 XTX magnetic air)fan is getting 100 percent during gaming ,when gaming the fan is rise to 100 percent ,the gpu temp is 82 degree during cs 2 deathmatch hot spot is 108 degree.a month ago the fan did not rise like now.idk why but my gpu become hotter and hotter day to day compare when i first bought it.i did not oc or set custom fan curve it all default.is 108 degree hot spot safe?the fan is always 100 percent even in non intensive gpu bound game like dota 2

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

When was the last time the case was cleaned out?
