I want to use ReadyBoost to my flash drive 16gb, my ask is if I set my flash drive is ReadyBoost, I can add more files to my flash drive? And what happens if the flash drive is freed from cpu

How much Ram do you have? Readyboost will only make sense if you are low on RAM.
