Ah, so if your reading this you want to see the build itself, by the way planning to build this pc around march 2014 because of some financial issues but by march i will build this pc, for sure(or maybe not because there's a chance that new parts might be released or better parts are on sale)
Anyways here's my build

Build
Amd fx 6300
Asus crosshair v formula
Msi R9 270x gaming 2gb gpu
Gskill RipjawsX 8gb 1866 dual kit
WD Caviar Blue 500gb
CM storm scout 2
Corsair cx600w psu

Peripherals
Cm storm devastator gaming bundle
20" Asus vh202t monitor
steelseries siberia

Problems
The overall price is over the budget limit, so i tried to change some parts and let me know what you think so here are the parts with the parts i first choose.

Asus crosshair v formula = Asrock 990fx fatality pro or any 990fx boards
Msi R9 270x gaming = sapphire hd7850 0r any 7000 gpu series

also need help for cpu cooler
CM hyper 212 evo or CM seidon 120v or corsair h100i or corsair h60 high performance

I really like to get your thoughts on this.

Well you can get an 990FX board around $100 so the Formula is out.
The new R9 270 looks promising (review today)
212EVO is the budget cooler at choice.
I would take some of the money saved and get a better PSU than the CX600 maybe XFX 550 core edition (might even be cheaper).
Really though prices will change and close to purchase date is the right time to make adjustments.

I left $100 dollars out, in case you need to buy Windows 8. If not, I can rework it a bit to incorporate some extra parts, such as a CPU cooler. Also, I left the peripherals up to you, as they are more a matter of personal preference.
