I am building a new system using a C2D E6600 and only plan to push it to 3 or 3.2 Gig. From what I understand about these chips, this is not a far push at all.

I read an article on Toms Hardware (article listed below) that discussed OC'ing memory using low cost kits.

I was looking at using the Wintec AMPO memory (link listed below) because its only costs $104.

My question is, will this memory be ok for all the more I'm going to be over clocking my system?

My backup to this memory would be the GSkill listed below. This memory is blistering fast for the price but I'm not sure I need all that for what I’m doing.

Any help and or input would be great and thanks for the help.

Since you'll only be running the CPU FSB to 333-350MHz (1333-1400MHz data rate), you won't need to run your RAM faster than DDR2-667 to 750, so you won't need to overclock the RAM you listed. It'll be fine.
