I've been looking to build a new PC and still using old parts from my existing rig. Below I've listed what I am considering in my new build and my current PC.

Current CPU I5 3330 3.0GHz to I5 4590 or I5 4690k (prefer I74790k)
Current Mobo no worth the mention to MSI Gaming 5 or Gigabyte Gaming 7 or Asus Z97-a
Current GPU MSI GTX 760 2gb OC to MSI GTX 960 4gb OC or MSI GTX 970 4gb OC
Current Ram G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 2133 8gb x 2 (not changing)
Current PSU Ultra 550W ATX **do I need to upgrade PSU?**

I looking to spend around $1000
I will mostly be using this PC for gaming (Star Wars battlefront and some other FPS games) and movies

No don't really need the I7 just thought it'll be nice to have if I had the extra cash. But here are my options
Found these as a bundle but dont know which one would be best.

Gigabyte gaming 3 mobo 469.99 with rebate
Gigabyte gaming 5 mobo 489.99 wit h rebate
MSI gaming 5 mobo 512.28
Asus z97-a mobo 518.99
** Note that all above motherboards include an I5 4690k CPU **

Please answer this questions:
1) Are you satisfied with the performance of GTX 760 you have?
2) Will you overclock?
3) What games will you play? 1080p?
4) Do you have 60hz or 144hz monitor? Do you plan to get one?
5) Any upgrade plans or do you just want your PC to stand for years being awesome?
6) SSD?

760 cards is starting to go so I will be needing a new card down the line.
I would like to Overclock once I do my research.
I am currently using a LED tv as my monitor.
As for upgrades I will be upgrading parts here an there when I feel the need for it.
SSD don't know if I want one

I am planning to use my existing HHD and as for tower I think the one I have now should be able to fit the new board as for layout might be a bit tricky since the power supply is located at the top of the tower. Do I need a new psu the 550w I have now doesn't suffice? What if I just upgrade the mobo, CPU, GPU, and get a better CPU cooling fan I should be still around $1000 if not I can still throw in $200 more.
