Help! Asus m2n68-am plus won't post

My pc won't post, but it beeps shortly twice and shows this screen with a blinking line and on the bottom part shows blue boxes with pink arrows. Image here: https://imgur.com/a/6laqT
And I have also noticed that the gpu fan spins inconsistently, but it seems to be doing it's job.

PC specs:
Athlon x2 64 4400+
Asus m2n68-am
3GB 800Mhz
NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT
Chieftec arena 405w
160gb hdd

What have i tried:
1. Removing the gpu | Result: beeps twice and shows a black screen
2. Changing the Psu to Corsair cx 750m (althought defective, it should get it up and running) | Result: nothing changed
