[SOLVED] HELP: BLACK SCREEN DURING GPU DRIVERS UPDATE!!!

Hi, i have a geforce gtx 1060 asus expedition oc edition. To install the drivers to this specific gpu i have to go on asus site and download the vga drivers of my graphic card from there. They did a new update to the 430.86 and i downloaded it. But then after download when i attempted installation, during the green loading, screen became black with just cursor to move and produced a usb connection sound. Now after turning pc off i cant get into pc again because of infinite loading of windows. Please help me out with this problem!

I managed to solve infinite loading, i uninstalled the drivers with ddu and now im back with the older drivers. But still need help to find out how to install the latest driver because i cant use many apps due to the fact that the older driver was from march 2019...

From another thread i read about something very similar,make sure you have the latest windows version (1903). This solved the problem of the person in the other thread.
