Question Help Bootloops, burning smell

My PC was doing boot loops, I put away one ram and it started working fine again. I installed new ram the pc try one fine and then shut down automatically as it did with the previous ram. so I was removing the ram and pc turned on. I smelled burning smell around the motherboard connector area... now I don't know if my PSU and problem or my mobo

Well, a burning smell is never a good sign.

Start with giving us a full parts list of what you're working with.
Make/model of everything.
Second...what was the last thing you did before this started?

Were you changing this RAM with the power ON?
