[HELP] Build wall pc budget

Hello! i am new in this page, but i have a question: have anybody here built his own wall pc? if it's yes, it's so difficult? what materials do I need? WHy does people use acrylic sheet? my pc is this:
Intel i5 6400
Asus strix GTX 970 (that i want to paint)
corsair vengance LPX ddr4 8gb (i want to paint it too)
1 TB HDD
Corsair vs650W
MSI h110M gaming (i want to paint it, but i dont know how)

Shouldn't be hard, but it will take a lot of work and sticking to plans if you want to get one like the one you see in the picture. Look around online for a guide, there probably is one, or someone who posted step by step instructions on how they made theirs.

Not a lot, les than 100$, (becuase i already have the pc parts and the glass) I think than i only need wood, acrylic shelf and a PCI-E riser,
am i wrong?
(Sorry for my bad english, i am from argentina and i don't speak english a lot)
