could you possibly give me a solid build for around $300-$350 i need motherboard cause i have a 760g, i also need a graphics card and cpu. and if i need to i can upgrade psu as well

This motherboard will allow you to use your current DDR3 Ram. Intel i3 will blow past that AMD in almost every game. Depending on your current Psu, it's probably a good idea to buy a new one so save around 50 dollars or so for one that'll work well for you for years to come.
