Help Camera Stuttering Rules of Elysium

my pc is pretty high end idk why i get Camera Stuttering someone pls help Gtx 970 i5-4670k and 20 gb ram are my specs whenever i move the camera it like fps drops or something And makes game unplayable when i stand still the game works fine and then when i move char or camera BOOM stutters

Nevermind i redownloaded latest DirectX and updated drivers and it works now
