JT - My cup holder still works... But I had to modify it to fit a 64oz cup..

Thing I am curious about though is the second cup holder.

How do you use it? it is right below the first.. What is up with that design.

It could at best hold a cup no more than 1 inch high if both are in use..

That isn't a cup holder. Its for the bowl of chili with some cheese sauce.
Sheesh, some people.

that gives me an idea what to do with my old opical drive! :) 😱

no seriousely :)

oh oh !! i have a better one.

when you have a ps/2 keyboard and its not connected on startup, it will come up to a screen saying somthing about keyboard not connected. please press f12 or any key to continue hahah!!!

i took a picture of it.. just need to find it again ><

Yeah I just called Dell tech support cuz my cup holder won't come out anymore 🙁

I havn't heard that one in a while.
Why did I have to read it while taking a sip... 🙁

Now I have to go wipe my shirt off.

edit: I actually did something like that with the xbox support line. I can't remember what I said but it had something to do with how huge it is

Didn't dell or someone put out a KB back in the early 90's with an ANY key in the F13 position?

Funny thing was that since it was a non-standard key, most programs didn't accept it when it was pressed.

Too bad you can't really do anything about the cupholder and foot pedal questions.

I remember reading about some guy calling tech support that his computer wasn't turning. When he was told to check the wires behind his computer, he said it was too dark because the electricity (and hence the lights) were out. At this, the tech rep told him to pack his computer and send it back to the company. The guy asked, "Is it that bad?" The tech guy replied, "Yeah, your too stupid to own a computer."

Has me laughing for some time.

I say that this thread be made a joke thread. Computer-related jokes preferred but not required, and please keep it clean.

That reminds me someone who called for technical support. When the tech asked to exit (from application) instead he exits the room. After a while returned back and asked okay i did that what to do next?

Someone else advised from tech support to move the mouse up. Well did that but actually took the mouse physically up.

Carefull when you restart your computer your cup holder return back to the drive. Don't forget on it your cup of tee or coffee.

And next time your computer ask you press any key type ANY.

Right here goes with everyone of these funnies all in one place.
Some of these you think, come on no one would do that but people do.
