HELP CANT FIND THE OPTIONS IN BIOS TO OVERCLOCK

look everyone i need some help here i been trying to overclock my acer x1301 which has a AMD ANTHLONIIx2 processor and a WMCP78M modle number and bios gives no options to over clock(i have a 2.7 GHz processor) please if some one could post pics or somthing i coundt find the right thread for this so a reply soon would be nice ps. iv tryed countles programs and dont have to have my ppl

Not all bios's will just have an overclock feature, that allows a premade overclock setting to be applied. Infact not all hardware allows overclocking at all. If yours does, you might have to do it the technical way and change a lot of settings then stresstest for stability.
 
You have a big box, OEM computer you aren't going to be able to overclock it. Big box companies lock their BIOS because they don't want people messing with the BIOS. There is no BIOS flash or hack that will allow you to overclock the CPU you get what you get when you buy an OEM computer. The only thing you can do is get a new motherboard or a new computer, I would just get a new computer.

Get a new system...Put a post in the new build section with your estimated budget, trying to OC an OEM board may damage your rams and you have to tweak your northbridge frequencies etc. This could all be taxing and what ever little performance increase you may get would really not be worth the effort.
